According to T3 Sixty, Realogy Holdings ranked No. 1 for sales volume in 2021 with $737.6B, while eXp World Holdings’ sales grew the most – 116%.

NEW YORK – The nation’s largest real estate firms accounted for 61.2% of 2021 total sales, the largest year-over-year jump on record, according to the newly released 2022 Real Estate Almanac by T3 Sixty, a real estate consulting firm.

“The residential real estate industry has been consolidating at an accelerated clip over the past several years, and this data shows just how significant it is,” says Paul Bishop, T3 Sixty’s economist and vice president of research.

T3 Sixty’s annual analysis tracks the largest real estate enterprises, franchise brands and franchisees, and ranks firms by sales volume, transaction sides, agent count and year-over-year growth. Here are a few highlights from the report:

  1. Realogy Holdings Corp.: $737.6 billion
  2. kwx: $500.1 billion
  3. RE/MAX Holdings: $341.1 billion
  4. HomeServices of America: $291.8 billion
  5. Compass: $254.2 billion

  1. eXp World Holdings: 116.2%
  2. Terra Holdings: 100.8%
  3. Douglas Elliman Real Estate: 76%
  4. Realty Executives: 69.7%
