Spanish translation of settlement forms are available for reference. Plus, NAR released a new guide to help consumers negotiate buyer agreements.

ORLANDO, Fla. – Florida Realtors® released six forms translated into Spanish to help Spanish-speaking buyers better understand the recent practice changes, providing Realtors® with additional resources to further build customer trust.

The forms are only for reference and educational purposes and will not be available on Form Simplicity. Rather, the English version of the forms should be used in practice.

In addition, the National Association of Realtors® released the sixth in its Consumer Guide series – Negotiating Written Buyer Agreements – to help Realtors empower buyers and sellers following the recent practice changes.
