A number of changes \u2013 lines for association information, wording changes, references and a new rider for the Vacant Land Contract \u2013 will go into effect on Tuesday, March 9.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

ORLANDO, Fla. \u2013 Florida Realtors has updated some forms, and the changes go into effect on Tuesday, March 9. The update includes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Contract to Lease<\/strong> \u2013 An additional line was added for a potential second tenant\u2019s address, telephone number and email address<\/li>\n
  2. Kick Out Clause rider<\/strong> \u2013 A new rider was created to use with the Vacant Land Contract<\/li>\n
  3. Sale of Buyer\u2019s Property to the Extension Addendum<\/strong> \u2013 A line was added for extension of Sale of Buyer\u2019s Property to the Extension Addendum. In addition, a line was removed \u2013 \u201cFeasibility Period\u201d is no longer used in Florida Realtors\u2019 Vacant Land contract<\/li>\n
  4. Vacant Land Contract <\/strong>\u2013 several changes were made to this one:<\/li>\n
  5. The term \u201cContract\u201d is now capitalized throughout the document<\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0\u201cFeasibility Study Period\u201d on line 139 is changed to \u201cDue Diligence Period\u201d \u2013 and all other references to \u201cFeasibility Study Period\u201d in the Vacant Land Contract have also been changed to \u201cDue Diligence Period\u201d<\/li>\n
  7. The reference to \u201creside in property\u201d (paragraph 19) was removed<\/li>\n
  8. Add Kick Out Clause addendum section (see above #2)<\/li>\n
  9. CRSP HOA and condo addenda<\/strong> \u2013 Lines were added to both documents, but in similar references, concerning any management company contact information<\/li>\n
  10. Exclusive Right to Lease Agreement<\/strong> \u2013 The term \u201cleasing period\u201d changed to \u201clisting period.\u201d The term \u201clisting\u201d was added to the title of the form, and the definition term \u201cleasing period\u201d was changed to \u201clisting period.\u201d In addition, all references to \u201cleasing period\u201d have been changed to \u201clisting period\u201d throughout the agreement<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
