New and updated forms are available in Form Simplicity, a Florida Realtors member benefit.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

ORLANDO \u2013 On March 19, 2024, a new form was released for member use. In addition, several forms were amended:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Language was removed from the CRSP Condo Addendum and Cooperative Addendum regarding a deadline by which sellers had to provide certain documents to buyers. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The Septic Program Replacement Addendum was amended and provides additional sources for buyers to check for information regarding a county\u2019s program.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. A new form was released, Prospective Buyer\/Tenant Retainer Form, which can be used with prospective buyers\/tenants to charge a fee for real estate services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Several listing agreements were modified with regards to offers of compensation. The affected listing agreements are all versions of the Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement, Exclusive Brokerage Listing Agreement, Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement for Commercial Property, Exclusive Right to Lease Listing Agreement and the Vacant Land Listing Agreement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
