It’s down to 50 people in NAR’s 30-under-30 contest. Vote online for Kelsey Lohman (Tallahassee), Marcelo Steinmander (Miami Beach) or Moriah Taliaferro (Sarasota).

CHICAGO – The National Association of Realtors®’ (NAR) annual 30 Under 30 contest honors younger Realtors who stand out. Of the more than 300 applicants who applied for this year’s award, NAR narrowed the field down to 50. Of those 50, 30 will be selected.

Three Floridians have made it to the top 50:

  • Kelsey Lohman, Lohman Realty (Tallahassee)
  • Marcelo Steinmander, Berkshire Hathaway EWM Realty (Miami Beach)
  • Moriah Taliaferro, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty (Sarasota)

“The finalists in the running for Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30 class of 2022 did not let obstacles in a changing world stand in their way,” NAR says in announced the decision. “These 50 young real estate professionals leveled up their business – many going all-in for their clients, their communities or their team members.

“Some doubled down on being change-makers for the underserved, aiming to close economic and housing gaps. Others let go of their fears and took bold steps to grow both their professional careers and personal lives. Their stories include overcoming homelessness, starting charities, and becoming unrelenting in their service-first attitude. They’re not just in tune with clients’ needs; they’re educating and empowering their sphere to access housing.”

On Friday, March 11, at 1 p.m. Eastern Time, Realtor Magazine will post additional information about the top 50 candidates on its website, and online voting will begin to select the Web Choice winner.

At noon on March 21, NAR will release the list of 30 Under 30 honorees and the Web Choice winner.
